The Digital Credit Report

Subscription Terms

These terms govern subscriptions to The Digital Credit Report, published by Hydra Wealth Advisors LLC. Last updated October 17, 2026.

1. Who we are and what you are buying

The Digital Credit Report (the “Research”) is published by Hydra Wealth Advisors LLC (“Hydra,” “we,” “us”), an investment adviser registered with the State of New York. A subscription gives you access to the Research for the term you select. The Research is an impersonal publication: it is not tailored to any reader, it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and subscribing does not make you an advisory client of Hydra. Advisory services are offered separately under a written agreement and are described in our Form ADV.

By purchasing a subscription, creating an account, or using the subscriber library, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you subscribe on behalf of a firm, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that firm.

2. Plans and pricing

Current plans and prices are shown on the research page and at checkout. Founding rates are available to subscriptions started on or before February 1, 2027, and are locked from the date of enrollment: for twelve months on individual plans and for two years on a Firm License. After February 1, 2027, new subscriptions are offered at the full price then in effect. We may change prices for new subscriptions at any time, with notice posted on our website; for an existing subscription, a price change takes effect only after any rate lock has ended, only at a renewal, and only after we have emailed you at least thirty days in advance.

Annual plans billed quarterly are twelve-month subscriptions paid in four installments. The Firm License covers up to five named users at one firm, is billed in quarterly installments, and larger teams are priced by written quote. We do not collect more than $500 of research fees more than six months in advance.

3. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on the plan) and your payment method is charged at renewal. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms; we do not store your card number. If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and notify you by email; access may be suspended until the payment clears.

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time and end at the close of the paid month. Quarterly installments are not refundable once the quarter has begun. Fees already paid are otherwise not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we decide, at our discretion, to issue a refund. If you believe you have been charged in error, email info@hydrawealthadvisors.com within thirty days of the charge.

4. Your license to the Research

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the Research and to keep copies for your own use for the term of your subscription. Each subscription is for one named person. You may not share your login, forward or post the Research, reproduce it in whole or in substantial part, or use it to build a competing product. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution to The Digital Credit Report is fine.

Firm License subscribers may additionally use the Research, and the co-branded edition we prepare for them, in materials for their own clients, with attribution, for as long as the license is active. The co-branded edition remains our work; the firm’s permission to use it ends when the license ends.

All rights in the Research, including its text, charts, data, methods and trademarks, belong to Hydra Wealth Advisors LLC and remain ours.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and for everything done under your account. Concurrent logins from more than one device at a time may be blocked. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You may delete your account by emailing us; we may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

6. Nature of the Research and disclosures

The Research is educational commentary based on public filings and market data, prepared with care but offered without warranty of any kind. Every figure is dated and sourced, and figures can change after publication; verify against the latest filings before acting or before any client conversation. Nothing in the Research is legal, tax or accounting advice. The instruments discussed are securities of companies whose assets are concentrated in bitcoin; they can lose value, and dividends on them are not guaranteed.

The author and Hydra Wealth Advisors may hold positions in securities discussed in the Research and may trade them, and such positions are disclosed within the Research. No issuer pays for coverage; the Research is reader-funded. Research subscription revenue is one of the two ways we are paid, as described in our Form ADV.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hydra Wealth Advisors LLC and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Research, including investment losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to a subscription is limited to the fees you paid for the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability under the federal securities laws.

8. Changes and termination

We may revise these terms by posting the revised version here and emailing subscribers; the revised terms apply from the next renewal after that notice. We may change the content, format or frequency of the Research, and we may discontinue it; if we discontinue it, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees. We may end a subscription for breach of these terms without refund.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from a subscription will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
